How to buy?
To purchase from the Tsunamiskiwear store, simply follow the checkout steps and complete the form with your personal information and shipping address before making your payment. You will be automatically registered with a randomly generated password that you will receive via email. You can change this password at any time in your user profile, under "My Account." Access this section, located at the bottom of the page in the gray area.
For future purchases, simply log in to "My Account" and the system will remember your details, except for your payment method, which you will need to enter again. For privacy reasons, we do not store or save your payment information.
Does the price include shipping and handling costs?
We offer free shipping for orders with delivery addresses in Spain, France, and Portugal. For orders to the rest of Europe, the cost will be €15, and for orders outside of Europe, the shipping cost will be €40.
Additional customs fees for shipments outside the EU (European Union) are the responsibility of the buyer. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times are 24 to 48 business hours for mainland Spain and 48 to 72 business hours for the Balearic Islands. For orders within the European Union, delivery takes 3 to 4 business days, and 7 to 8 business days for the United States.
What guarantees do they offer?
The product warranty is 2 years for manufacturing defects.
To make use of the warranty, you need the purchase invoice.
Defects or damage due to improper use or handling of the material, or normal wear and tear, are not covered by the warranty. However, for the benefit and longevity of our products, we offer a repair service. Please contact our Customer Service Department and we will find the best solution.
Shipping Guarantee: All our shipments are insured for 100% of the merchandise value. Please remember that you have 24 hours to file a claim if your order has been damaged during shipping.
