How to buy?

To be able to buy at the Tsunamiskiwear store, you will need to register, you just have to follow the purchase steps and fill out the shipping form and register, so the user will not have to enter all the data in future purchases.

The User will add as many items as he wishes to his shopping cart.

Then, you will validate these steps and the shipping address will be requested.

The price includes shipping fees?

We offer free shipping for orders with delivery address in Spain and Portugal. For orders in Europe the cost is of € 15, and for orders outside Europe the shipping  cost is of € 40.

The additional expenses of tariffs for shipments outside the EEC, will be borne by the buyer.

How long does the delivery take?

Once you have paid for the product, we will proceed to shipping by transport within 24 to 48 hours for orders within Spain and Portugal, and 3 to 4 business days from the date of receipt of the order for orders outside of Spain.

What guarantees do you offer?

Transport guarantee: All our shipments travel covered by an insurance of 100% of the value of the merchandise. Remember that you have 24 hours to make the claim if your order has suffered damage caused by transportation. Product Warranty: The warranty only covers defects produced by manufacturing. To enjoy the guarantee of the products you need the purchase invoice.
